AI image detection pricing on this site is simple. Your first 3 checks each day are free. If you need more, you buy a one-time pack of credits. There is no subscription and nothing renews. One credit pays for one normal check.
How our pricing works
- Paid packs open soon. The prices below are final, but checkout isn't open yet. Until it opens, the free checks are what you can use.
- Free: 3 checks a day, no account needed. The count resets at midnight UTC.
- Early bird: if you leave your email when you reach the free limit, you get 5 more checks right away, and your first pack gets 50% more checks if you buy it within 14 days of paid packs opening.
- Credit packs: 10, 100 or 500 checks, paid once. Bigger packs cost less per check.
- Two kinds of pack: Standard keeps a copy of the images you check. Private never stores them and costs more. The table above shows both prices for each pack.
Some checks cost nothing, whatever you have left. If the file's own Content Credentials settle the answer, no detection model is called and nothing is used. The same goes for an image someone already checked, and for a check that fails because our detection models didn't answer.
What uses a credit
A normal check uses 1 credit. It runs one detection model on your image and explains the result.
When the first answer is Can't tell, or close to the middle, the checker offers a second opinion: a second detection model looks at the same image, and you see whether the two agree. A second opinion uses 3 credits, because it pays for more than one model. The button shows the cost before you use it.
If you don't have enough credits, the check doesn't run and nothing is taken.
Prices for Standard and Private packs: what changes
Both kinds of pack give you the same check, the same detection models and the same answer. The only difference is what happens to your image.
- Standard keeps a copy of each image you check, with the result. We use these copies to measure and improve accuracy and to stop abuse. We never sell or share them, and we never use them to train image generators. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Private never stores the image. We keep only a fingerprint of the file (a hash that can't be turned back into the picture) and the verdict. It costs more because those checks can't help us improve the checker.
Free checks work like Standard: they keep a copy of the image. How long copies are kept, and how to delete them, is set out in our privacy policy. If this page and the privacy policy ever differ, the privacy policy is the one that counts.
Paying and your credit code
Checkout happens on the page of our payment provider. It acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller of record for your purchase, takes the payment and sends your receipt. It also works out any sales tax or VAT for your country at checkout. We never see your card details.
There is no account. After you pay, you get a credit code. It is shown on the page you return to after checkout, on the device you paid from. Keep it safe: the code is how the checker knows you have credits, and anyone who has it can use them.
Credit rules
- Credits last 12 months from the day you buy them. Credits you haven't used by then expire.
- Credits work only on this website. They can't be transferred or resold, and they can't be exchanged for cash.
- The prices on this page are the prices we charge. If we change them later, packs you already bought keep all their credits.
- Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days. The refund policy has the details, and the terms of service cover everything else.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't this a subscription?
Most people check images now and then: a dating profile one week, a refund claim the next. A monthly plan would charge you for months you don't use. With a pack you pay once, use the credits when you need them, and nothing charges you again.
What is the difference between Standard and Private?
Only what happens to your image. Standard keeps a copy so we can measure and improve accuracy. Private stores only a fingerprint of the file and the verdict. The check and the answer are the same. Details are in the privacy policy.
What happens when my credits run out?
The checker tells you before anything runs, and nothing is charged. There is no automatic top-up. You can wait for your 3 free checks the next day, which reset at midnight UTC, or buy another pack.
Do I need an account?
No. Free checks need no sign-up, and paid credits belong to a credit code instead of an account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days. Unused packs get a full refund. For a pack you've started, the credits you used are charged at the 10-check price and the rest is refunded. See the refund policy.
